Beta Terms

Igazent QMS is in a closed beta run by Dulac Consulting LLC, New Hampshire, USA ("we"). By using it, you and your company agree to these terms.

It Is a Beta

Igazent is still being built. Features may change, move, or be removed, and you may find mistakes. We fix serious problems first and tell you about changes in What's New.

No Charge, No Guarantee

The beta is free. It is provided as is, without any warranty or uptime commitment. Our total liability for anything arising from the beta is limited to $100.

Keep Your Own Copies

We back up every night and test the restore, but during the beta keep your own copy of anything you could not lose. You can export your records at any time.

Your Data Stays Yours

Your company owns its records and files. We use them only to run Igazent, as the Privacy Policy describes. When the beta ends, your company can continue on a paid plan or take a full export, and we delete its data 90 days later.

Feedback

Tell us what works and what does not through Help, Send Feedback. We may use your ideas to improve Igazent without owing anything for them.

Confidentiality

Please do not share screenshots or details of unreleased features outside your company without asking us first.

Fair Use

Do not try to reach another company's data, break the security controls, or overload the service. We may suspend an account that does.

Ending the Beta

Either side can stop at any time. We will give at least 30 days' notice before ending the beta for everyone.
