Privacy Policy

Igazent QMS is provided by Dulac Consulting LLC, New Hampshire, USA ("we"). This policy explains what we collect when your company uses Igazent and what we do with it.
Who Controls Your Data
Your company decides who has an account and what goes into its quality records. We process that data on your company's behalf and only to run the service.
What We Collect
- Account details: name, work email, position, department, manager, groups, and time zone, entered by your company's admin.
- Quality records and files your company creates, including signatures and the audit trail of every change.
- Sign-in data: sign-in times, the IP address of each request, and browser type, kept for security.
- Feedback tickets you send us.
We do not sell data, show ads, or track you across other sites.
Services We Use
- Supabase (database, file storage, and sign-in), hosted by Amazon Web Services in the United States.
- Vercel (web hosting), in the United States.
- Resend (email delivery).
- Anthropic (AI drafting), only when someone uses an AI feature, and only the text needed for that request. Anthropic does not train its models on it.
- Microsoft, only for companies that sign in with Microsoft.
- Sentry (error alerts), in the United States: the error message and the page and line of code where it happened. No names or email addresses are sent.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each company's data is walled off from every other company's in the database itself. Nightly backups are encrypted before they leave the database host.
Retention and Deletion
Quality records are kept while your company uses Igazent, because the standards require them. When your company leaves, it gets a full export, and we delete its records, files, and backups 90 days later.
Your Rights
To see, correct, or remove your personal data, ask your company's Igazent admin or write to us. We answer within 30 days.
Changes
We will post any change here and update the date above. For a material change, we will tell your company's admin first.
